Famous for their “patatas bravas” (potatoes with a spicy sauce). We liked it, but of course, don’t expect anything more than patatas bravas. This bar is huge, so much so that it comes across as not being very friendly. Even so, you have to go.
Very similiar to “Los Amigos” and “Los Enemigos”, i.e. lots of tapa choices with your caña. But in this case, both the quality and quantity of the tapas are worse. Furthermore, 2.50€ for the jarrita (mug) of beer seems excessive to us.
Neighborhood bar that serves a large quantity of tapas with your caña. Authentic; if they see that you are still hungry, they serve you more. The only downside is that it’s a little hard to find, and sometimes heavy on the grease.
Many people won’t like the well-known Bar Sapama. It always bothers us that we have to order tercios (33 cl. bottles of beer), since they don’t offer small ones, and the quality of the tapas is average at best, but we are captivated by the neighborhood, with its atmosphere of elderly seniors.
