Nof Bar
A bar with Andalusian music and atmosphere that specializes in molletes (similar to an English muffin) and serves small, but good quality tapas.
A tavern decorated with plenty of charm that specializes in patatas bravas (potatoes with spicy sauce). The raciones (larger portioned tapas that you pay for) are good and the tostas (large, toasted piece of bread with toppings) are cheap, but the tapas are very standard.
Bar Condado de Salvaterra
Reasonable tapas with the cañas. Furthermore, the sandwiches and raciones (larger portioned tapas that you pay for) are worthwhile.
Bar Emilio
If you take good tapas and add one of the best services in the neighborhood, you will get Bar Emilio. An authentic bar that will give you more if you become a regular. Highly recommended.
It is one of those bars where, if they see that you finish your tapa, they usually serve you another. The caña was not very good, but the service and the tapas make it worthwhile. Furthermore, they have many offers for raciones (larger portioned tapas that you pay for) and minis (a play on words—actually […]
Bar Las Jarritas
A bar with tapas culture and a good, local ambiance in an area where this isn’t easy to come by. The caña is a bit pricey.
Bar Benito
As seen in the photo, it is not a bar that stands out for its aesthetics, but as usual, it is what’s inside that is surprising. More than reasonable tapas, good beer, and friendly service that makes you to want to return.
Bar Tavern-Tran
Awesome. This bar looks like a tram and it’s one of the coziest we have visited. You go in thinking that they won’t serve you any tapas and leave with a full stomach, promising to return.
Bar La Plazuela
They usually give you a lot, especially if you go often. Their tapas are traditional.
Bar La Castiza
A very pleasant surprise. Excellent tapas in a spacious, bright place. Highly recommended.
Bar Ondiñas do Mendo
They don’t have tables to sit at and it’s always crowded, but wihtout a doubt one of the best bars that we have visited so far. Good service and even better food.
Bar La Muralla de Ávila
The caña is not cheap, nor the tapas plentiful, but the location and quality of the food makes it worthwhile. The cañas are perfectly poured and cold and the service is fantastic.
